Volunteer Reward System   Prizes Awarded by Lottery at every HCTR Monthly Meeting In an effort to bring together the joy of trail running, support the continuation of desirable races, and preservation of our natural areas, an incentive plan has been developed to encourage volunteerism with Hill Country Trail Runners members.  We hope you find this to be a rewarding program that you relish to participate in again and again. Eligibility for the Lottery: Volunteers must be HCTR members Volunteer at any trail race (before, during, after) Volunteer for any trail maintenance Volunteer for any trail clean up Host and post a no-drop run Service on any HCTR committee (excludes elected board members) Volunteer a minimum of 2 hours. Combined hours at different events within the same month are acceptable. Additional hours over 2 is appreciated, but earns the same eligibility as all other volunteers for lottery prizes. Volunteers must submit their hours via the short-form below on the HCTR website by the Monday before the monthly meeting. No carry-over hours into next month.  Lottery to take place at monthly club meeting. Members need not be present to win.
